Asterisk, Hashtag, and Grave Accent as formatting characters

There is a specific use of Asterisk (*), Hashtag (#), and Grave Accent (`) characters in the gallery-api strings. These strings can be found in localize_js module.

These three characters are used as formatting marks for the correct recognition of the text formatting on the customer website.

Example 1

The following strings are displayed as formatted sentences (see screenshot below):

Phrase string:

### Monitor and Improve KPIs

#### Grants

* **Grant Amount per Grantee**: Average grant amount per recipient (expressed in currency)

Displayed as:

Monitor and Improve KPIs (displayed as subheading)

Grants (displayed as subheading)

▪Grant Amount per Grantee: Average grant amount per recipient (expressed in currency) (displayed as bullet point with bold)

Displayed as:
