Screenshot Validation
Check the translated screenshots with their source en-US equivalent for any issues such as:
Concatenation (Note: Some strings are a result of several concatenated segments from Phrase. These strings can't be found in Phrase in their entire length. E.g. segments in Phrase such as "Days", "Hours", "Weeks", etc. they usually are not used as standalone strings in UI. They're often used with some other segments and create concatenated strings like "In last 5 hours", "Last week", etc.)
Truncation
Incorrectly translated strings (given the context of the UI)
Grammar issues
Not translated strings: beware of differences between below:
UI – if the string in question is part of the software’s UI, it should be translated.
Data source – if the string is coming from a data source, e.g. column header, data loaded from an Excel sheet and the like, then it shouldn’t be reported as untranslated, as the sample data sources used for testing are usually left in English.
Project names, workbook names, schedule names and so on – these are usually user input and it’s up to the user how he names them. They are usually clickable and in blue font in Server Testing (that’s where they appear most often).
Obvious functional issues.
Etc.
